Patient Information

Appointments

Please call to schedule an appointment. If you walk-in you will need to wait until patients with scheduled appointments are seen. However, if your emergency is related to trauma we will try to see you as soon as possible.

Fees

We use the Ontario Dental Association 2025 fee guide. An emergency exam is $159 and an x-ray is $41. Fees for treatment needed will be provided.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit, and Cash. Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, we will print out an insurance form that will list the services provided. This form can be submitted to your insurance company who will reimburse you directly.

What To Expect

At the start of your visit, you will fill out standard forms. The dentist will then examine your mouth, and any necessary x-ray(s) will be taken. The dentist will then discuss your treatment options, and fees prior to starting any treatment. When treatment is completed the dentist will prescribe any medications that are needed, and payment will be taken.

Should You See Your Regular Dentist For Follow Up Care

We will let you know if any follow up care is needed. We will, upon your approval, send a report along with any x-rays taken to your dentist to update them on the emergency dental care you received.

Our Facility

We provide your dental emergency care in a fully equipped modern facility, with up-to-date sterilization, and amenities such as a beverage bar and WiFi access.
